Orders are shipped via UPS Ground service which is typically 7-10 business days for regular shipping and 2-3 business days if you chose express shipping. These guarantees entitle the buyer to free repair or product replacement (at the company's discretion) if the product failure is caused by defective materials or workmanship. The guarantees do not cover product failure due to normal wear or abuse. To return product, call 1.800.550.2698 to obtain a return authorization number and send the product to us along with a check for $5.00 for return shipping.
