We guarantee all products for one year from the date of purchase. These guarantees entitle the buyer to free repair or product replacement (at the company's discretion) if the product failure is caused by defective materials or workmanship. The guarantees do not cover product failure due to normal wear or abuse. To return product, call 1.800.550.2698 to obtain a return authorization number and send the product to us along with a check for $5.00 for return shipping.
